LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Ralf Zimmermann,
('Manufacturer'). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROMPTLY 
RETURN THE CD-ROM / FLOPPY DISK / MEMORY CARD / DOWNLOAD PACKAGE AND THE 
ACCOMPANYING ITEMS TO THE PLACE YOU OBTAINED THEM FOR A FULL REFUND. BY 
BREAKING THE SEAL OF THE CD-ROM/FLOPPY DISK/MEMORY CARD OR PRESSING THE BUTTON 
FOR A DOWNLOAD, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1) GRANT OF LICENSE
This License Agreement ('License') permits you to use one of the software 
products acquired with this license ('SOFTWARE') on any single computer.

2) COPYRIGHT
The SOFTWARE is owned by the Manufacturer or its suppliers and is protected by 
German Copyright Laws, international treaty provisions, and all other 
applicable national laws. You are allowed to give the SOFTWARE (without your 
personal registration code) to others, provided you give it away for free. You 
are not allowed to use this software together with your registration code on 
more than one computer at the same time.

3) OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE, but you may transfer your rights under 
this License Agreement on a permanent basis provided you transfer all copies 
of the SOFTWARE and all written materials and the recipient agrees to the 
terms of this License. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble 
the SOFTWARE.


MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1) Thank you for downloading and/or bying this software. Please read the 
instructions supplied with the software before you use it. If you have any 
difficulty using the software, consult the instructions to check you are using 
it correctly.

2) In no event will the Manufacturer be liable for any loss of data, lost 
profits, lost savings, or any incidental damages or other consequential 
damages, even if he or his dealers have been advised of the possibility 
of such damages, or for any claim by you based on a third party claim.

3) The SOFTWARE database has been collected through more than five years.
Even though the Manufacturer improved the database, it is quite likely
that the files contain incorrect data. As such:

  3a) The Manufacturer does not guarantee nor imply the correctness of
  any of the data being provided. By using this data, you agree to use
  it at your own risk, with no support from the Manufacturer.

  3b) The Manufacturer makes no warrantees, implied or otherwise, as to
  the correctness or usefulness of this product. The Manufacturer can
  not be held liable for losses resulting in the use of this product,
  nor in the suitability of this product for any specific purpose.
